Ah holidays! At long last some time for yourself and your family. After an eventful day in the Pinzgau mountains, now enjoy a dip in cool, refreshing waters.
Or just spend a day bathing, swimming and chilling. Whatever you choose to do, you are doing your body and mind good.
Steinbergbad Lofer: for keen swimmers, there is a large sports pool and a pool for non-swimmers and children. A water slide, wild water stream, stream for playing and splashing around in, children’s playground, beach volleyball court, table tennis etc. all ensure there is always something to keep you entertained.
Vorderkaser natural bathing area: here you will find natural bathing lakes dotted along a stream. There are plenty rustic deckchairs and barbecue areas directly beside the lakes.
Lake Marmorsee in the Almenwelt Lofer: this is an artificial bathing lake approximately 1,500 m above sea level with a spectacular view in the heart of the mountains. It’s the perfect final destination after a hike.
Larger lakes such as Lake Ritzensee in Saalfelden, Lake Zell in Zell am See, Lake Pillersee in St. Ulrich (Tyrol) or Lake Thumsee in Bad Reichenhall (Bavaria) can easily be reached by car within half an hour.
