- Price quoted is for normal occupancy
- Every additional person € 15 per day

Payment conditions:
The deposit is 50% of the total amount. Please transfer the remaining amount at the latest 1 month before your arrival. Your booking is not guaranteed until the deposit has been transferred to our account.

Cancellation conditions and/or withdrawal:

The contractual partner may rescind the accommodation agreement by means of a unilateral declaration at the latest by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee. Outside the time frame defined above, the contractual partner may only withdraw from the agreement by way of unilateral declaration by paying the following cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees:
- Up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival: 50% of the total agreed price.
- Up to 1 week before the date of arrival: 75% of the total agreed price.
- In the week of the date of arrival: 90% of the total agreed price.
